WebDocuments - Search result filtered

Hello SDN Community

We want to publish DMS Documents on Intranet, e.g. internal Instructions, IT-Manuals.

Only released documents had better appear. But a status search is not possible according Restrictions in

[https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/wiki?path=/display/plm/webdocuments]

Can the search result be filtered in the way that always only the documents of status 'Released' are listed?

Have anyone a solution for a similar demand?

Hi Otto,

unfortunately the functionality of WebDocuments is very limited and so the search result cannot be filtered.

In that case an other solution has to be found for presenting releaesd DMS Content of common interest on Web(Intranet).
