Inspection Lot printing from QA01

Hi,

In order to provide a defalut printer to the inspection lot ( inspection instruction) a printer is assigned to the inspection instruction at the transaction code at CQ85

At QA01 the inspection lot is created and while leaving the transaction spool is being created.and this spool is visible at SP01 with the printer changed the new one and the log says SAP sent the request to the printer

The physical print is not getting printed at the printer even though every where it is showing the success

What could be the reason for not getting the physical print

dear friend,

1. the very first thing - completely switch OFF / ON printer and try to print again;

is there any physical damage? jammed paper or similar?

can you print from MS Word or Excell (not from SAP)?

is toner cartridge okay?

2. run SPAD and check out your device. It might be configured incorrectly.

3. is this printer compatible with SAP ?

we recently had an issue with the new printer (just purshased) due to non-compatible with SAP

you could contact vendor or service center...
