SC Stuck in Approved Status

Hi All

We are in Production with SRM 7 SP 08 (SAPKIBKV08) and have a strange issues.

Some Shopping Carts after are fully approved are stuck in Approved status.

Nothing in RZ20.

When the Admin runs/pushes using FM BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER and it transfer fine

Has any one experienced the issue?

Any Note or Solution.

what is the current staus of sc?

it could be error in process

you can execute this FM bbp_reqreq_resubmit

and now you can see error message in rz20
