Not showing up in the Interface Repository

Hi folks,

I have just finished TBIT400 and now I am back trying to consolidate what I have learned. Which at the moment doesn't feel like very much.

My question is, on our training system, which has none of the objects from TBIT400, (i.e., Product_BIT400, SC_BIT400_A, SC_BIT400_B, SC_BIT400_MAPPING, etc.) should I create them? Well I have started to and think this is good practice and I really want to work thru all the material once again.

Problem is, I have just finished creating the objects I mentioned above. They are now created in the SLD but how can I see these in the IR?

When I start the IR all I see is SAP BASIS.

I have created the Technical system and Business system and can see the Installed Products and Software Components but how do I get them into the Interface Repository?

Hi Vincent,

After you have created the Software component version in SLD, you need to go into IR and select from the menu options "inport software component" by selecting your version and click OK.

Once you do this, you should be able to see the SWCV in IR.
