T-code can be executed via logon pad but cannot be executed via shortcut

Hi Expert,

I face one issue for SAP GUI

Our SAP Gui version is 7.2

My user could execute T-code: RRMX for BW report if he logon BW system via his logon pad

But if he logon the BW system via our portal (I think our portal may use sap logon short cut), he cannot exeucte this t-code

System will show shortdump

We faced two situaiton:

1. Access Denied

2. DISK_FULL

Could you kindly provide some advice on this situation

I think there must be some different between logon pad and short cut
