Can`t download Software Update Manager (SUM)

Hello,

I need the Software Update Manager (SUM) for installing EHP1 on Netweaver PI 7.1 but I can`t download

SUM from Support Portal "Support Packages and Patches - S" SL TOOLSET" SL TOOLSET 1.0" Entry by Component" Software Update Manager (SUM) Windows on x64 64bit" .

The download path is described in "Update of SAP Systems Using Software Update Manager 1.0 SP02" guide page 63 chapter 5.2 .

Is there any other location for download SUM ?

Or does anybody has any suggestions ?

Hi Alex,

After traversing mentioned path on SAP Marketplace , you can see below software component.

SUM10SP02_10-20006676.SAR

When you add above compoenent to download basket it goes to Export section.

In order to review and process your request, please, contact SAP Export Department via customer ticket using component XX-SER-SWFL-EXPORT. As soon as your request has been approved you can download the files.

that means it requires SAP message to approve this compoenent from SAP , then only you are allowed to download.
