POWL personalization - can we make it global ??

Dear Friends,

Is it possible to personalize a POWL and make it global for all the users ?

I need to hide the personalization link for the user regarding POWL, but I would like to create a personalization for a specific POWL that would be available for all the users.

For example, I would like to remove a few tabstrips from a specific POWL.

I know that I can do this with personalization - but instead of asking each user "please personalize it yourself", I would rather

prefer that a system admin would do that once, and then that same personalization would be available for all the users.

And the users couldn't change that personalization, because the "personalize" wouldn't be available as I said.

Is this possible ?
