J2EE status unavailable

Hi Experts,

I recently installed JDI package (DTR, CMS etc). After installation, i am not able to bring up the J2EE server. The ABAP side is up and running. I even try restarting the J2EE node from ICM. I tried, increasing my bootstrap and server node JVM heap size to 1024. Increased the SWAP memory to 8GB. Nothing helps. I am getting below error from dev_desp.

Guys,

I would like to update on this issue reported sometime back. I managed to resolve the issue. The instance id value in "bootstrap.Parameters=" parameter in the "instance.properties" was not matching with the one in the configtool.

The issue got resolved by changing it.

Thanks everyone for the help and suggestions.

Best Regards,

Ravi.

Hi,

Why does it have anything to do with the 'ABAP side'? Are you trying to install NW with DI usage type on a dual stack? What's the version of your NW?

Dao

Hello Ravi,

What is the WAS java version?

In order to know the reason why the java server does not start, please, check the dev_jcontrol, (dev_jstart if the release is 7.1 or higher), dev_server, std_server logs and check for errors there. Please, write down the errors you see so that I can help you with them.

Regards,

Blanca
