SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Test_drive:No Profiles Found

Hi All,

Issue:No Start Profiles found.

I am using SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Test_drive(Version 10) with help of vmplayer 3.1.4.

When i try to start SAP system I get an error "No Start Profiles found."

Hi,

Goto the profile directory:

../usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/profiles

The start profile should be of the format START_D...xx_<hostname>

Try using command 'startsap <hostname>' from the above start profile nomenclature.

Hello,

n4shost:n4sadm 39> startsap n4hosts

no start profiles found

Try to confirm if the profile directory is accessible by user n4sadm and permissions of profile files should be ok
