we are using the sap smart Customized form for dunning printing programme,while using that we r not able to generate the spool . can u any one help me.

Did you apply the required Customizing ?

(FIBF, BTE 1720, FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF replaces FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE)
