Tax value is becoming zero

Dear All,

We have come across with a tax calculation problem while creating the shopping carts in SRM as below.

We have created a multiline shopping cart by choosing the tax code same across all the lines. However it has calculated the tax value only for the item with highest value and remaining all items were reset to a zero tax value.

Have you ever come across with this issue?

Can you suggest your thoughts.

Hi,

Simulate exactly the same case but in the backend by creating the same PO in ECC.

If it works properely in ECC and everything is ok on SRM, then open an OSS note.

Any enhancement within BADI BBP_DET_TAXCODE_BADI?

Please provide more details, otherwise useful answer are not possible.

Dear Abraham,

Thanks for your answer.

We have implemented the classic scenario with tax calculations done at backend system only.

We did not implement the BADI you have mentioned.

The tax values are being calculated once we have added the lines to the shopping cart however if we click on save or order button, the tax values becomming zero.
