Dear All,
I am unable to close a few messages in service desk , which were created by one of our client in Solman production system. The error is "An exception has been triggered in PPF action processing.". Please could anyone tell me how could I close such messages. Also One of the messages has a solution assigned and I am unable to remove the solution from the message. This message gives me error as business process not available. Request your help and support to close these messages.

Are you getting the error message no "SOCM_ACTION_LOG 090" ?
