Delivery creation problem

Hi All,

We are not able to create the delivery for the customer in VL10E and neither in VL10A, system is showing target achived where as the customer has achived only 20% of his whole target. what can be the problem please assist.

Check in VA02, the sales order, header level & item level, Tab Status, field "Delivery Status" = ?

In the sales order, item level, Tab Status, check field "Reason for rejection".
