Customer has not been created for company code

Experts,

While posting in G.L. The system is showing the error " the Customer has not been created for company code".The same error I am getting when I am checking the customer XD02.

Help me to solve the issue.

Hi Rahul,

As per my knowledge the customer was not maintained for the company code level,the customer was only maintained for general data and sales data.Go to XD01 give the company code and give the reconciliation account no for that customer then it will allow for farther action's.

Hi

Go to XD01 and enter the same customer code that you have now and enter the required company code and sales org, dist. chnl and division and enter the required details and save.
