Hi, the license of the data guard is included in the license of the database Oracle EE.
But is not necessary license the remote oracle database?
In case of normal replication of oracle database yes.
But when is with oracle database with SAP, is not necessary?
thanks and regards

Hi, I will try to explain me better.
My question is about the licensing of the oracle database in a environment SAP.
If we wants to do an disaster recovery environment, we can do the replication of the db with "data guard". Data guard it's free with the oracle db EE, if I understand.
But it's not necesary another license of oracle db EE for the replicate system?
Or with the licenses of SAP and Oracle that we have we can have the 2 environments?
I hope it's a little bit more clear.
Thanks and regards
Hello,
Please Read point 14 -
Note 105047 - Support for Oracle functions in the SAP environment
Note 740897 - Info about the Oracle license scope; Required Oracle options
It seems clear from the Notes above that Oracle data guard is already licensed under the normal 'sap on oracle' license.
Also the following similar discussion thread might help you better -
