Table Data for CO Settlement in SAP RE-FX

Hi All,

As you know, periodic posting and CO settlement will be part of real estate process.

What should be the table information in which all settlement details get stored when CO settlement done in REM??

Hi Shankar,

I don`t a table that stores that informaiton, but you could check report:

REISCOLICN - Actual Line Items - Contracts

It shows the settlement on your RE objects based on different seleciton criterie. In the output you have: controlling document, cost element, sender, receiver and amount.

Hi Severina,

Thank you for the response. This T-Code--REISCOLICN only shows related to periodic posting of contracts with its controlling document, accounting document, profit center document & FM document.

Actually in real estate of My client they have periodic posting, CO settlement and IP Fee Upload, IP FEE Comparision, IP Fee Approval, IP Fee Invioce Post in which IP fee is not standard practice.

So, in order to put the validation, i need a table data for CO Settlement. The existing process is there is no validation at post periodic posting level therefore, it's chance of skipping any of activity by user.
