Hi

How can we limit the no of line which are appearing in the sales order in t code va01. and How can we restict entering the maerial code and and qty in changes mode in va02. in a sales order.

Hi,

To my knowledge, both your above requirements are not possible functionally. However, you can achieve this with the help of ABAPer and ask him to do necessay changes in Sales Order User Exit - MV45AFZZ.

This will resolve your problem.

Hi,

As rightly said by Ravi, it can be achieved by customizing.

The sales order can have any number of line items upto 9999 but the FI accounting document can only be 999. Please keep this information in mind while setting the customizing for the same. In case, your requirement is to restrict at the accounting, please go for invoice split analysis.
