SHOP ON BEHALF carts rejection functionality

Hi,

We are on SRM 5.0 ECS.

I have an issue with SHOP ON BEHALF functionality for the rejection of cart.

When a shopping cart is created using the "SHOP ON BEHALF" functionality e.g. user A creates a cart on behalf of user B,then if the cart is rejected at any step of approval,then the cart goes back to user B instead of user A.Is this std functionlity?

Also if we need to change the workflow to send the witem back to user A instead of user B OR to both users A and B,what are the settings to be looked upon?

We are using n step approval workflow for shopping cart.

We are also facing the same issue, we have implemented the SAP note 1045171 manually.but the functionality is not achieved can you please help.

you mean system is still send the workitem back to the person who has assigned as buy on behalf of?

Yes. The shopping cart is still sending the work item to the on-behalf-of person instead of the creator.

We have just done the steps mentioned in correction instructions attachment. Do we need to do anything more?

Hi,

Yes - This is standard, When the SC rejected of Buy on Behalf of functionality , the workitem will send back to user B instead of user A ( A created a SC for B ).

But you can send the workitem back to A you by implementing the OSS note 1045171. You can't send the workitem to both users.
