No off-line approval email approver for Shopping Cart SRM 7

Hi,

I'm working with SRM 7.

I have configured the off-line approval Shopping Cart by e-mail.

The system sent the e-mail only for first approver and don't sent the e-mail for the next approver.

Can I Have any suggestion, please?

Hi,

Is the FORWARD_WI attribute is X for second level approver in org.structure. Make sure the mail id is maintained in user's master account.

I have been configured the attribute in ppoma transaction and the e-mail in SU01 transaction, but don't sent any e-mail for the second approver.

the second approver e-mail don't reach the SOST T-Code, only the first approver e-mail.
