Document creation in PLM 7.1 -'Waiting' icon displayed indefinitely

Hi all,

We are trying to create a DIR via the PLM WUI and have made the relevant customizing settings. The DIR creation works perfectly when done using SAP GUI - CV01N.

But when doing the same via web gui, we get indefinitely long 'waiting' icon on the screen. This happens even when there are no originals attached. Any clues/pointers on what could be the problem would be appreciated.

Required update of NWBC client, Java and setting up of certificate and whitelist.

HI,

Update the NWBC with the latest patch and ensure that the JAVA is updated to latest update of 1.6.0.20 or above . This should solve your problem.
