Email Issue in GRC 10
Currently i am facing a strange issue regarding email notification and I am not sure where was the problem stuck even I have raised a message to SAP but till no any success.
In our case we are getting a notification and approval mail in user SAP Inbox (SBWP) but not to the external mailbox like outlook.
we have already configured SMTP server (SCOT) and even send some test mail from SAP and its working fine.
Your quick response will be appreciable.
This is the same issue which I faced and it was fixed by setting the given parameter ID: 1113 with correct value.
Create the System user in your GRC box and maintain the proper email id and set this user for ID 1113.
