Please let me know the what type of quality type we put in material master for REM .

I presume you are asking inspection types for REM
Its 13 for inprocess
&
04 for final Inspection

I put has 04 in material master is it correct ?
yes ...Than can solve your perpose of creating inspeciton lot for final inspection .

But in QA32 it will not show the lot that is my problam.

I think you are not able to put your problem infront of us properly .............
Tell us what are the steps you are follwing from start.
Also let us know what are you selecting in selection screen of QA32 .....there is something wrong with what you are following for sure...........
