As per basis team, for the role mentioned,

As this role is a SAP standard role ,it is not generated and should not be generated as per sap recommendation.

Thanks.. it worked now.Added two roles SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE and SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER and after that checked the objects are modifiable option.

Hello,

Are you receiving the error message when you try to change the SWCV to make the objects modifiable, in the manner described in the KBA below?

1571351 Unable to edit Repository objects

Could you please detail the exact error you receive.

Kind regards

Sarah

I am not able to edit any of ESR objects like message mapping, service interface, datatype..etc.. while I searched through SDN, i found about - checking objects are modifiable option in SWCV to be ticked.

but I have no authorization for this also.

Hello,

Can you please check that the following parameter in the Exchange

Profile is set to false

This parameter is used to activate the UME user management on J2EE side

with further authorisation checks. Because there are no authorisations

assigned on the UME, editing is denied for all user in integration

repository when this parameter is set to true.If you do indeed have to

set this parameter you will need to restart the J2EE engine.
