'Final Signed document' field in Contract

Hi All,

Is there any security right that controls if a user would be able to load/edit/delete the final signed document from the Executed contract?

Currently - any user with authorization for contract documents is able to upload and delete the attachment from 'Final Signed document' field. If there is no security right that controls this functionality - the only way we can control it is by locking the field using lockmanager API.

Hi

there are no specific security right that controls if a user would be able to load/edit/delete the final signed document from the Executed contract.

Like you said any user with with authorization for contract documents and added to the collaborator list can make changes
