universe is locked by other user

Hello Experts,

How to know the id of a person who has locked the universe. When I am importing it it shows locked by other user??

Hi,

If you Admin Access then you can do as per Vivek Suggestion or else send a mail to team requesting who currently locked the universe and unlock it.

Hello Ravi,

It will show the name of the user who has locked the universe.

Try login with the "Administrator" account --> Click on "Import Universe", you can see the name.

Also you can remove the lock by yourself. The tools prompt for the warning message.
