Net Document value not matching to Net Item Value.

Hi gurus

We are using version 4.6. When we create condition records, alt calculation type logic increases the value by 1/365 since we want to calculate it for 366 day.Recently impemented periodic billing plan in contracts. But after that the net document value in VBAK-NETWR is not matching with net line item value KOMP- NETWR. It comes few Rs. more than the net line item value.this was not happening earlier even though the alt. calc type formula was there.Please suggest.

Please check whether you have any manual header condition contributing to net value of the document.

Tha Statistical value field is empty and values in header and item level are matching. Also i am giving only one line item here.Even then the document value is not matching the header and item value.

Hi,

Document value will be the total of only those line item where the item category has Statistical value as empty in VOV7.

So check your item categories and their value in this field in VOV7. Total the value of each item where the value is empty. This total should be the total of the document. You will have some items where the item category has got non-empty value here, may be x or y. Because of this these values are not considered for header totals.
