VA31 Schedule Agreement .

Hi Experts

Good Morning!!

Please explain me while Saving the Schedule Agreement Order in VA31 its showing the error "Missing data: Personnel Number

Message no. VU019" and its showing extra partner functions like ZL Logistics Employee and ZM Employee respons. Even its not assigned in partner determination in particular customer, so please explain me why its coming and solution for it.

What i should check in partnor determination procedure even its present in the header and item nw tell me what i should entry.

HI Rushi,

The partner function's which you mentioned are might be selected as mandatory in partner determination procedure,for that you need to create master records for both function's earls remove those partner functions from mandatory to optional.
