JCO Connection Problem

Hi All,

I am trying for Accessing ABAP Functions from Web Dynpro using Adaptive RFC.

I Created SLD Data Supplier from Servere. CIMClient Test is also Successfull.

When i am doing this "Creating the JCO connections in the Content Administrator" - from Content Administrator.

I got below error.

<b>Error - 1</b>

There are no message servers maintained in the associated SLD. Please contact your system administrator.

Once i click Finish Button, below error.

<b>Error - 2</b>

Failed to create new JCO client connection WD_AdvanceSearch_METADATA_DEST: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.sl.api.WDSystemLandscapeException: Error while obtaining JCO connection. at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.serverimpl.wdc.sl.SystemLandscapeFactory.getJCOClientConnection(SystemLandscapeFactory.java:149) at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.serverimpl.wdc.sl.SystemLandscapeFactory.createJCOClientConnection(SystemLandscapeFactory.java:344) at

Does any one solved this kind of problem? Please help me.

Hi

You have to configure the Message server in sld

http://<server>:<port>/sld/index.jsp

Hi Arun,

This document is very good. It is helpful for me.

In the 4th Step, Message Server is not there for me. How to configure it?

I am getting 6th Error. I think, if i can provide the message server, it will be solved.
