for FG stock will be in Inspection lot. if i want to prepare the quality lot it will not accepting lot creation quality plan also why it show like this Please give the solution

Kindly activate inspection type Goods receipt inspection from production in material master and mark check box.

Post to inspection stock.

Inspection with task list

Automatic assignement

Check chars.

Skip allowed

and

Q-score procedure 06 From usage decision.

Control inslot for each material.

and make inspection plan.

check and revert back.

i am doing in REM i gave the inspection type is 04 material master and then run MRP then it shows in quality lot how move to unrestricted lot.

Dear,

How it is possible that MRP run generate inspection lots.

when you do GR against production order, system post stock in quality inspection with assigning an inspection lot. To post stock in un restricted, Usage decision made in QA32 transaction and posting of stock.

Check and revert back.

when i am in REM my control key in Production level is Auto goods receipt then i am doing MIGO transaction in my view it goes to quality lot the what i do?

Copy that inspection lot number & go to QA32/QA12.

have you checked inspeciton lot number & material document reference in Table QALS.

Dear,

you have to make an inspection plan and create and then release the lot again to solve this issue

QP01 -

---

> create inspection plan

QA02-----> release the inpection lot again. ( in case you have amended the plan already)

check and let me know even if u have problem making plan, if u did so release thee inspection lot again and you will have the ststus of lot ammended
