Hi experts,
I have a problem with the configuration of Biller Direct.
These are the steps I performed:
1. UME Datasource is the ABAP stack
2. Configuring SSO
3. XCM settings:
Base Configuration: FI_UserManagemet.
UserManagement: FI
ApplicationSettings: Contract Accounts Receivable And Payable (FI-CA)
UserInterface: Private View Customer (B2C)
Connection Manager: BD_CM
JCORFCServer: JCO_LDAP_RFC_DEST
4. ECC configurations:
Creating the RFC Destination: JCO_LDAP_RFC_DEST (Type T)
User Creation (EBPP) with Profiles: SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW.
We have the Business Partner Assigned to the User, in the references (With The Business Partner BU1006 key)
By accessing Biller Direct with the user, gives the following error:
logon failure for user "". Check whether the connection in XCM data is correct, and whether the user exists Also in the system. See also SAP Note 787373. # 1 # # EBPP
Any suggestions for this error?

Hi,
Is you connection working properly? I assume BD_CM is created by selecting "Select to create component config" and then created the Connection manager. You define the backend system details while creating the connection manager, what is the result of connection test? Also JcoRFCServer test is successful?
In addition to that, make sure the portal system that you have created for integration is also working fine and is of type App. Integrator (To be precise of type com.sap.portal.howtos.webapp)
