Sourcing 7 Cannot log in as system user after creating context

Good Day,

I have created a cluster in Sourcing 7.0 manually (Without using the tenant utility). I have not yet created a cluster and directories. However, after creating the context I can no longer log in to the system with the system account (enterprise account works with password assigned at cluster creation).

Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Should the context, clusters and directories all be created by the system account in 7.0. I remember in 5.1 that teh cluster was created by teh enterprise, but the enterprise does not appear to have access in 7.0.

Thanks in advance,

Kyle

Hi,

Not sure I got the problem right.. The system user is across tenants and don't see an issue if a new context is created. This shouldn't affect the system logon.

Just to be sure if the URL that has fsbuyer on it replace it with "fssystem" e.g. http://xxx.com/appid/fssystem/portal/login. Guess this is different from older versions..

Thanks Baski, the fssystem url was used in older versions. I just forgot.
