It's about time to clean up our NWDI system - we have too many old tracks (for old, no longer supported service packs) that I'd like to clean up. However, I found that when I removed the track and associated workspaces, the files were left behind on the file system in the CMS/archives, and in the CMS/log/<track-name>@JDI folders.
Do we have to remove these files/folders manually?
Also, I have a few other tracks where the assemblies take up a large amount of space - for example, ESS takes up 500+MB per assembly. Knowing that I'll never want to go back in time for these particular archives, can they be safely removed from the file system without causing any issues to the remaining tracks?
Thx!
i think you can delete them, it should be no issue.
