I have searched the forums and could not find anything that helps me on our issue. For certain materials, due to rounding (i think), order quantity and delivered quantity do not match which leaves excess material in the system.
Example: A customer orders x quantity of a material. During the batch determination split, batches are selected to satisfy the order. If the quantity ordered equals, for example, 1,300.112, the system picks up 1,300.111 for the delivered amount. We are configured for 3 decimal places for the material and do not want to go more than that.
Can anyone point me in the direction of making sure the rounding is accurate for both? Thanks in advance.
