CAPA process

I would like to know if anyone has experience in setting up the CAPA process for Quality Notifications using Workflow functions. If you do, could you kindly lay out the steps to be carried out.

Its possible through SAP QM notification.

In SAP Task for an Item is Corrective action & Actions taken against a notifications are recorded in the form of activities which is preventive action.

You can have a notification wherein you can assign task to individual through default workflow.

Thanks for the suggestion. Can you tell me the workflow steps involved for this. I see there is standard configuration, but it would be great if you could elaborate on this with your experience.Iam also looking for process flows for the same.
