No operation with XML root tag

Dear all,

In one of the PI development, I am getting the following error:

Error when determining the receiver: Problem while determining receivers using interface mapping: No operation with XML root tag <namespace.MT> exists.

The interface is file to proxy. I am using the incoming message as an external definition. In message Map the payload is successful, on testing E2E, I am getting the above error.

Please let me know if you have come across this and the possible solution.

Hi Murali,

Is your File is XML file ?

If yes please check the sender file you are receiving.

Is that message have Namespace tag at ns0 :tag.

if not you need to edit your external definition manually and re-import it at IR.

the problem was in Receiver Determination with the (ON) radio button called Operation Specific.
