Hi All,

While performing portal health checks I got following error.

Message:

The PRT HealthCHeck was failed to retrieve the following JEE application: com.sap.portal.runtime.logon, which is necessary for the Portal Runtime.

Category: /System/Logging/Portal Health Checks

Thread : Timeout Service Synchronous Queue Processor.

Please can anybody help me to resolve above issue.

I saw this error in CE 7.1 EHP1.
