Solution Manager7.0 EHP1 sapinst running very slow

Dear All,

I am installing Solution manager7.0 EHP1 over the WAN (i am installing from Canada and the actuall server is in Houstan HP-UX 11.31). I am encountering severe delay while installing i.e. sapinst moving from one screen to another, especially when the setup prompts for Oracle Database installation in between. Its extremely very slow.

Please share your suggestions if any troubleshooting is required.

Perhaps i believe its because of the WAN. But i am able to implement my scenarios.

If your WAN connectivity is a dedicated line, please check for the latency in the line, if there is no latency issue, Please check your WAN connectivity configuration in router(if you have already using is line check of the latency log in router for the period of SOLMAN installation time).
