CRM 7.0 Web UI implemented as a channel management solution and hosted outside the network using SAP web dispatcher.
Business now want to include data that exist in an external portal KM. We can launch the KM window from the CRM Web UI but user has to logon to the portal. The same user id exist in both CRM & the portal. Trying to avoid a re-design and portalizing CRM. Seeing tons of oss notes, but trying to understand if there is an approach that can support this method? so the user does not need a CRM & portal logon.
