How to adjust the barcode placement?

Hi Experts,

How do I adjust the placements of the barcode?

Scenario is the old PC that was running label printing to SATO printer finally decided to retire himself.

So I went to replace it with the same windows version.

Now labels printed from that PC, the alignment of the barcode is lower then before.

This somewhat cover some of the details of the label.

As I am quite new to SAP, I am not really sure where should I concentrate my troubleshooting on.

I have played around the printer preferences settings and found only adjusting the width of the page will affect the printout.

The print out is the same no matter what value I have put in height.

Printer: SATO M-8400RVe

Barcode software: TBarcode v5 and Bartender

Any experts could advice me?

Hi

If you know the form name, in change mode, either drag and drop the window of the barcode or position the same output options.

Well you probably have some form guessing either a SAP-SCRIPT or a SMARTFORM, which does that label print.

I dont know how that form is designed, but mostly for barcode printing a own window is done in the form.

So you could adopt that form and move the window in which the barcode is beeing printed.
