Audit trail / Action log required in Quality notification

Hi,

We are using Quality notification to file chnage control, deviation, NCR etc.

i want that any change in the notification must have audit trail or action log which states that this particular field has been changed with this value.

we have design "status profile" for notification but the action log has not been clearly states that this value changed.

it only shows that the "Catalouge type" or "Code group" but not the actual value. User can not understand this language.

please advice me to get the actual value which can be easily understand by user.

Iam not sure if there is any provision in the Quality Notification to get the actual value. But you can try the Audit trail transaction AUT10 to check the actual value. There are a few change tables CDPOS which store the actual value. You may want to explore a custom solution to this.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Ttransaction AUT10 shows the same details which we can see in the action log of QM02.

I want the actual value so that end user can easily track the changes.

Please let me know if any trasaction for that whcih store the actual value not teh field valud.
