Reuired mandatory GR/IR Slip field in delivery

Dear Experts,

We are updating Gate Entry number in Delivery_GR/IR field for sales return (movement 655) case only. Not for all case like 601 & 621, we want to do the mandatory the same filed ( without update GR/IR field delivery will not to be save) how to do.

Please help

Hello,

I am sure you will be having a different Return Delivery Document Type or Return Category for Sales Return (Movement - 655).

If yes, then create a Incompletion Procedure at Delivery Document Header Level or Item Level & add the required Field or Fields to the same. If you already have a incompletion Procedure, then just add this new Feild to it & system will do the needful.

Subsequently define & assign Status Group to the new added Feild to Incompletion Procedure, which will make sure that Delivery is not saved unless the Feild is filled up.
