SAP Router Image file issue

Dear Gurus,

I had installed SAP Router and it has been working fine for three months. But recently due to IP conflicts, some problems has appeared to SAP Router system. All the environmental values got deleted. Though I have set all those again , but while I try to start SAPROUTER service, it throws an error "Could not start saprouter service on Local computer". Then I have chcked the image path of saprouter in windows registry and I found it's null. Last time after instllation I have just replaced ^ by " and saprouter service got started, but this time as it's showing null, so I am finding difficulity in shaping correct image path.

So, please help me to structure this saprouter image path.

Reference: I used following command to install SAPROUTER service:

ntscmgr install saprouter u2013b c:\usr\sap\saprouter\saprouter.exe u2013p u201Cservice u2013r -W 60000 u2013R c:\usr\sap\saprouter\saprouttab u2013K ^p: CN=SGL-SAPROUTER, OU=0001095458, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DEu201D

Regards,

Nilutpal.

Heelo Juan,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have checked the event logs, but I didn't find any error related to this service.

ImagePath REG_EXPAND_SZ c:\usr\sap\saprouter\saprouter.exe u2013p u201Cservice u2013r -W 60000 u2013R c:\usr\sap\saprouter\saprouttab u2013K "p: CN=SGL-SAPROUTER, OU=0001095458, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DEu201D

Objectname REG_SZ .\sncadm

Start REG_DWORD 0x00000003 (3)

Dear All,

My problem got solved.

Problem was with our Sonicwall firewall which was blocking .exe files and now we have unblocked for one user through which we use to login into firewall in the SAP Router system.

Thanks a lot for your kind support.

Regards,

Nilutpal.
