c:\Users\xx\Desktop\CRforVS_13_0_1\package\CrystalReportsForVisualStudio.msi. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
I get that error everytime I launch the setup.
I've tried to launch the msi file, same thing.
I'm local admin.
I had the beta version installed and it was working fine.
I've uninstalled it and ran the setup.
I have Visual Studio 2010 pro.
Windows 7 x64.
I've downloaded the file 4 times and still get the same problem.
Search for a Kbase on how to clean off the beta completely.
Then empty your \User\temp folder and do not use a local folder called c:\temp.

I followed 1535325 - How to remove CRVS2010 Beta 2 .
Deleted all files from the temp folders.
It still did not work.
Then I though that maybe the path was the issue, it was in the CR2010 folder on my desktop.
I moved the files on the root of the C drive and then it worked.
Doing the following steps worked for me...
1. Extract the "CRforVS_13_0_1.exe" manually
2. Copy the file "CrystalReportsForVisualStudio.msi" from package and paste it at the root of C drive
3. Run the "CrystalReportsForVisualStudio.msi" and it installed the crystal Report
