Mail id for "5-External send" and "7-Simple Mail" as Transmission medium

KIndly explain me where do we set the mailid if we maintain the Transmission medium as "5-External send" or "7-Simple mail " as Transmission medium.

Hi Mangat,

Sd consultant can configure and maintain condition record.Maintain mail id in customer master.

Basis guy need to do all mail settings to send external.

Abap guy will give the form if it is a custom one.

But is there any SD configuration involved in this?

I mean apart from OUTPUT type setting, is there any thing which is done by a SD Consultant for setting done for "External send"?

no, there is no setting for an SD Functional consultant apart from output type setting/cond records.
