Regarding MCEX18_1 Queue in SMQ1

Hi,

I have a hourly load process chain in production system and our client implemented CS(Customer Services application).

Here the problem is these days the queues are not clearing in SMQ1 Queue.We are using Queued delta so, i have scheduled V3job and periodic job is hourly.

Once I do the above activity the queues are still not clearing in SMQ1.

can anyone please help me on this issue.?
