Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our systems from EHP4 to EHP5 on ECC 6.0. I had a question on queue clearing. During the preprocessing/checks phase while using EHPI (enhancement pack installer)we get a message asking to clear the queues (SMQ1, LBWQ). We managed to clear the queues in SBX, DEV and QA and process with upgrade. But for PRD since we cannot clear queues without locking users thereby increasing downtime, is it ok to ignore and proceed with upgrade. Will the upgrade prompt again for queue clearing before downtime?
Thanks,
Clarence

Hello,
i have not done the upgrade to EHP5, but with EHP4 i have done as follows:
I ignored it in the preprocessing phase and cleared the queues short before downtime, this worked well.
