In SAP note 105047 I can see that "SQL Plan Management" is allowed by SAP. However I don't find information whether the usage of the "Automatic SQL Tuning Advisor" is also allowed? Per default it is disabled on SAP systems.

yes, obviously they are not necessary because for SAP systems these jobs are disabled by default:
"These are not necessarily required for operating an SAP system and can therefore be deactivated."
What I would like to know is whether it is allowed to reactivate the "Automatic SQL Tuning Advisor" ?
