Hi to all
i have 1 customers order for 3 different products he needs the 3 different pricing in a single sales order.. weather it is possible to have the 3 different pricing in a single order....and how to configure it...
1) i created a sales order (va01)
2) maintained the pricing for a single product (ovkk)
Dear amithk,
If the pricing factors of the 3 items and there calculation method (Which is determined by pricing procedure ) is same, then you can have you requirement fulfilled by maintaining the condition records for the 3 items.
If the pricing factors of the 3 items and there calculation method (Which is determined by pricing procedure ) is different, then
your requirement cannot be met, as we can have only one pricing procedure per sales order.
Thanks & Regards,
Hegal K Charles

Hi Amit,
Item Pricing is mainly dependant on the item category. As you know system determines item category based on sales doc type+ item category group of material master+ Higher level item category + Item usage. You can have different types of item categories determined in your order. If that is correct you can have different prices picked in the order.
If you have an order with line item 10 having a normal material, system calculates normal pricing.
Line 20 having a BOM material,In this case main material has pricing and sub items will have net value zero
Line 30 having a free good net value for the line is zero here. Similar is the case with text material.
But if your question is for a normal trade material xxx we need to have one pricing and for another trade material yyy you need to have different pricing then you can have different vales maintained for different condition types at condition record level. This is infact what we will be doing. For example for Pen you will have one price and pencil you will have another price this can be achieved by maintaining condition records for different values say base price of pen $5 and pensil $2 .

Yes. You need to maintain the condition record for three different products with three different prices in VK11.
Now while creation of Sales Order , system will show three different prices for different products.
