Progress Analysis planned POC-time prop method (showing only 0, 50, or 100)

Hi All,

We are using time proportionality method for planned values and degree of processing for actuals at an activity level. unable to comprehend why planned POC values for the activities are only showing either 0, 50, or 100. EV basis taken is Cost plan with annual values and the same used for POC weighting.. along with all other prerequisites.. Any timely suggestions or insight on this issue would be highly appreciated..

Based on the description you have provided it is hard to comprehend the reason behind such anomaly. However, I would suggest you to view SAP note 189230 which contains some information that you may find useful when troubleshooting within your progress analysis. There could something within your configuration that is making your system behave in this way.

Thanks for reverting back Ammar. The issue is resolved now. It wasn't with the settings actually. As the project duration was very short, we earlier felt the report was giving inaccurate values, but that wasn't the case. Many thanks..

The issue was resolved without any changes needed.. Just needed more understanding on the report.
