Hi experts,
we have an issue regarding Payments in reports .
as per my knowledge i know we need activate company code and FMA in Project Cash management .
but coming to commitment items, we have some confusion.at present in client system no commitment items were created for PR, PO and inquiry ( here PS has integraion with MM & SD modules). but all the processes ( raising PR,PO and creating Inquiry and sales order) were completed already.
my questiion is, can we create commitment items now, if we create whether it needs to repeat all the processes ( raising PR, PO and etc....)
please suggest me

Hi Mahesh,
Yes, you can create commitment items now without the need to raise the PR & PO again. Kindly activate commitments management using OKKP.

Hi Mahesh,
As far as i know there is no need to go through the entire process of creating PR, PO etc..Create the new commitment items, maintain the proper setting in OKKP as mentioned in the previous post and then reconstruct the Project info database using transaction CJEN.
Check this and revert.
